These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Your Mind Stylist, operated by Roberta Fernandez, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, booking a session, purchasing a product, or joining a membership, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer.

Our Services

Your Mind Stylist offers hypnosis sessions, coaching, consulting, courses, masterclasses, digital products, Pocket Mindset™, and the Window and Studio memberships. Our services are educational and personal-development in nature. They are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment and do not replace care from a licensed professional.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for letting us know of any changes or hacks on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the site or violate these Terms.

Memberships: Window and Studio

Window is a free membership. Studio is a paid membership that includes access to the MindStyling Membership Community™ and its content. Studio benefits begin on the membership launch date and are available only to active Studio members. Window and Studio access are separate from products you have purchased or been gifted, which remain in your Product Library.

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the price shown at checkout, including any recurring charges for monthly or annual memberships. Prices may change, but changes will not affect a purchase you have already made.

Failed Payments

If a recurring Studio or any other recurring payment fails, we will notify you by email, and the payment may be retried. Studio access continues for 30 days from the time of the failed payment while you update your payment method. If payment is not received within that 30-day time period, your membership returns to Window status. Your purchased products and content remain in your library, but access to other studio benefits will be discontinued. Once rectified, you will be charged for any missed recurring payments.

Cancellations and Refunds

Studio Membership

Monthly: You may cancel at any time. Your Studio access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Monthly payments are not refunded for the current period.

Annual: You may cancel at any time. If you cancel, we will refund the remaining full months of your annual term, counted from your next monthly anniversary date. The refund for remaining months is issued to your original payment method through Stripe, not as credit. The current month in progress, and any months already used, are not refunded. Studio access ends when the cancellation takes effect.

Pocket Mindset™

If your Pocket Mindset™ purchase is less than 6 months old, a full refund will be granted to the card that you made the purchase with. If you were gifted, enrolled, granted free access, or had access through the Studio membership, there is no refund due.

Personally Contracted Services

In the event of death or disability that permanently prohibits Roberta Fernandez or Roberta Fernandez, LLC from continuing to provide services, a one-month notice will be sent to allow users and clients to download information from their Product Library.

If clients are in the middle of personally contracted services with Roberta, we will issue a prorated refund for any services paid in full. For example, you received only 6 hours of the scheduled sessions: you would be charged 6 hours at $275 for a total of $1650. Your refund due would be for the payment amount, minus the $1650.

For contracted monthly payment plans that last longer than the time period in which your services were already fulfilled, payments will stay in effect through the contracted month. For monthly payment plans whose services are not yet fully rendered, you will be required to continue monthly payment until the total of hours rendered times $275 per hour is reached. To illustrate: If you received 6 hours of services, you would have to pay a total of $1650 before the remaining payments would be terminated.

Sessions and Bookings

Roberta requires a 2-business-day cancellation notice. The Client will be billed if the Client does not show up, cancel, or reschedule the appointment within the required two-business-day time frame (Monday - Friday). For example, if the appointment is on Monday, in order not to be charged, she must be notified no later than Thursday during office hours. Clients who cancel within the 2 working day period, miss appointments, or reschedule on the same day as the appointment will be charged $150.00 for the time scheduled for that day. Please note that there are very few exceptions to this policy. Please arrive or sign in online 5-10 minutes before the time of the appointment.

Appointments are scheduled for 1 or 2 hours and may on occasion run a bit less or more.

Payment plans can be arranged upon request (see contract for details).

Because Roberta works with processes and programs that span varying lengths of time, the Client agrees to complete all program visits in order to receive the greatest benefit. If for any reason Roberta determines the Client will not benefit by continuing to complete the program, a refund of 50% of the remaining unused sessions will be provided. (The total quoted cost divided by the number of hours scheduled, then 50% of the unused portion is due.) Refunds are not given if the Client decides not to continue.

Your Content and Our Content

All courses, recordings, guides, and other materials are owned by Roberta Fernandez, LLC and are licensed to you for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, share, record, or reproduce them in any way without written permission. You may also not enter them into any AI program for any reason whatsoever.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Your Mind Stylist, Roberta Fernandez, and Roberta Fernandez, LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any of her services. Your results depend on your own participation and circumstances, and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
